How Do They Prepare Our Momos?

Dharahara Momo presents a unique assortment of instant momos, crafted for quick enjoyment straight out of the package. Simply heat them up using a steamer or microwave, and you're ready to relish the flavors. For those seeking culinary adventure, explore additional momo variations like panfried or kothey momos, or indulge in the crispy goodness of fried momos.

Steam
 Begin by boiling 2 liters of water, and generously coat the steamer bowls with a thin layer of oil to prevent sticking. Remember not to steam for longer than 15 minutes to achieve the perfect texture.
Pan Fry / Kothey
 Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, fry defrosted momos for 2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover, steam for 2 minutes. Evaporate water, crisp up base, and serve.
Deep Fry
 Deep fry the delicious momos in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Serve them with our sauce for a perfect pairing.
Microwave Oven
 Place the momos in the microwave oven and heat on high for 8 minutes. Then, serve them with our special chutney for a delightful treat.
